About

Ripple Pin started as a group chat where three friends kept arguing about which tower defence game had the best late-game balance. At some point the notes got too long for a chat, so we moved them to a proper site. That's the whole origin story, no marketing team involved.,We focus on strategy, tower defence, and the odd genre that catches our attention. Someone in the team always installs the game first, plays it for several days, and only then do we sit down and write. If a game bored us by day two, we say so.,Games get picked in two ways. Half of them we find ourselves while browsing, the other half come from reader suggestions. We don't take payment to cover anything, and we don't rush a review just because a game is trending. If a title deserves more time, it gets more time.,The reviews are subjective on purpose. We tell you how a game felt in our hands, where it clicked and where it got tedious, so you can decide before you download.
